MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Payments & Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these renewals. It is your responsibility to ensure payment methods are active and up-to-date.

Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time through their account profile.

Cancellations do not provide a refund for payments already made. Membership fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the active term.
