Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on membership subscriptions, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on on merchandise. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Membership subscriptions cannot be directly exchanged but can be upgraded or downgraded. Please log in to your account to make changes to your membership.

Shipping

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill and order, after which it is shipped out. Shipping times vary based on your location.

If you have not received your order, check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@68oak.com with your name and order number.
