By purchasing a membership subscription, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Payments & Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these renewals. It is the member's responsibility to ensure payment methods are active and up-to-date.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time through their account profile. Cancellations do not provide a refund for payments already made.

Membership fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the active term.

Refunds & Credits

68 Oak does not provide refunds or credits for any service interruptions, access issues, or dissatisfaction with services. For unique or extraordinary situations, users may contact us to request a refund or credit, which may be granted at our sole discretion.

User Account & Responsibilities

Upon subscription, a user account will be created to provide access to your membership terms. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information.

68 Oak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion if user behavior or actions are found to be detrimental to the organization or its members.

Subscription Transferability

Subscriptions are non-transferable. Any attempt to share, transfer, or assign a subscription may result in termination without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 68 Oak disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of services, loss of access, or unauthorized account use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User Data & Privacy

Personal information collected for subscriptions will be used to process payments and communicate updates. We are committed to protecting user data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as necessary for processing payments and managing memberships.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia. Both parties waive their rights to a jury trial or class action litigation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

68 Oak subscription services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.

Modification of Terms

68 Oak reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates signifies acceptance of new terms.
